WhatsApp & Meta-Related Information Facebook Page ID, WhatsApp Business Number, and access tokens required for integration. Metadata (such as message IDs, timestamps) necessary for delivering messages through WhatsApp API. c. Messages and Content We do not read, share, or store personal messages sent or received through WhatsApp API except for: Message metadata (required for delivery status tracking). User-approved templates stored securely to comply with Meta’s policies. d. Technical & Usage Information IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and analytics data to improve service performance. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information only to: Provide, operate, and maintain BizChat Connect services. Authenticate your account and connect with WhatsApp Business API. Send automated messages, templates, and replies as per your configuration. Improve user experience and troubleshoot issues. Comply with Meta platform policies and legal obligations. 3. Data Sharing & Disclosure We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may disclose your information: To Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/WhatsApp) as required to provide messaging services. To service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
